Half Marathon Program – Day 25. Non running interval workout

Today as planned was a long interval training session much like the one I did last Friday on Day 19.
It started with a 30 minute on the cross trainer at an RPE of 7.
I then moved to the rowing machine sprints again and did 20 minutes, lasting 1 minute with 1 minute recovery.
The target this week was to have every sprint above 275 metres. I managed it and peaked on the first at 281 meters and the lowest was 276m.
Finally I finished with a 10 minute hill walk. (I avoided the bike after not being able to hold back last week with some extra sprint!)
Tomorrow I return to the strength training circuit like I did yesterday.
